check charging system?

I change my battery and alternator and got rid of corrosion around terminals and my alternator is not charging my battery. My car shut off on me while I was driving. I don't Know why?

I suggest that you should have your alternator load tested to see if the output is sufficient. Auto parts stores will test for free. Here are a few tutorials showing how to remove and replace the serpentine belt to gain access to the alternator as well as how to remove and replace the alternator:
