No Air from vents

Air won't blow out of the dash vents. You an hear it, and feel some heat, but not much blowing It will blow from the floor unit, or the defrost unit.

This sounds like a classic case of the blend door actuator not working. Here is a guide and some diagrams (below) to give you an idea on what you are in for when doing the job.
