When I turn the vent selector knob from floor to defrost the air doesn't change,,its stuck on floor. Why is that and what do I need?

This sounds like the mode blend door actuator is not working right. Here is a guide to show you what you are in for when changing the actuator out and the location in your car (Below) Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Somebody else said actuator also, so I replaced it and put it back on and BAM! fixed, thanks 2Carpros.com
