I hear water splashing in the cab

I hear a splashing coming from the undercarriage of the car whenever I start moving after a stop. Sounds like water moving around underneath. Like a shifting

check to see if yoru drain tube for hvac is plugged. it will be either on bottom of firewall pass side or under car just runa wire through it
