i have a 2006 ford focus and no one has a air filter . called the dealership and was told it would cost over 200$ to have them do it . did the focus no come with an air filter

It has a filter element after market usually wait 5 years before making replacement parts and like you was unable to find one. see diagram not difficult to do what is cost of element
