light play sir,during my car service one week ago i come to know that there is a play in my crank shaft pulley & service manager advised me to replace it but due to the bigger cost of part i was not able to replace it .so, sir kindly advice me that is there any risk

A slight amount of in and out play is normal. I would say about 1/16" would be considered normal. If it is more than that, there could be a problem with bearings. If there is up and down play, that isn't good, but you would most likely hear a knocking noise from a worn main bearing.

sir,thanks to help me but there is a big noice during starting or stopping engine the noise is like a
pulley noise so should i replace or go through as it
