why is the radiator fan running when i cold start the truck

my radiator fan is running from the second i turn the car on. and it seems like the car takes a bit to warm up. could it be the thermostat is stuck open? or sumpthing to do with the fan itself or is this normal for this vehical

if you have the defroster on, yes, it will run. if not, then it may be a stuck relay. have a shop check it for you to confirm.
