2003 f150 4.2L
It is upside down but that is how I pulled it out. The plug goes on the passenger side.

Firing order are the same on the 4.6l and the 5.4l v8 it is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 and number one plug is on the front left as you face the engine

problem on 2004 ford f-150 stx, shift it on drive, my engine dies. diagnosed saying that misfiring on #1 cylinder, where is the #1 cylinder located at. do i need to replace the coil and plug.. appreciated your generous help on me...

my truck was badly missing and the auto zone tester said #6 cylinder is not firing. Where do I find the #6 cylinder to check it
