Was auto tensioner replaced? has chain

I replaced idle pulley, serp belt tensioner, belt and alternator.
If you mean the tensioner for the chain, no. I've been told it has just a guide type tensioner that is a non moving part. is this so. I've also been told to check the timing chain sprokets and the oil pump. your thoughts please

No the tensioner for drive belt

not sure what you mean, i thought serp belt was only one, it's the only one i see under the hood

yes this is what i'm calling the serppitine belt tensioner

if it helps, it is loudest on driver side, about midway down, center of wheel well. That's why i thought it might be related to timing parts. took off belt and ran with no accessories moving. can still hear it a bit. But not as bad as if under full load with belt on

Without hearing and and beening at truck hard to say what is the problem. say noise is still there with belt off? need a mechanics stethascope to find source

thanks for the advice and pics, i'm going to change the belt one more time with a better brand. and take to dealer in morning.
I was hoping not to have to. $125 an hour.

Have seen the chirp on other vehicles and if your's went like this belt first still chirp then a idler still then ALT still then tensioner vstill probably fixed but belt has slipped and continues to chirp so new belt may be the ticket and avoid Dealer

Also get can silicone spray on a pully one at a time if chirp stops have found it

yes thats exactly how it went, chirp first, then belt, then idle pulley and alt, then tensioner. I'm thinking the new belt got stretched or whacked out some how. I'll do another belt and if still chirp then do the spray trick. I hope its that simple. I'd rather replace the ps pump or a/c comp then the chain or its parts
The ps pump and a/c are the only 2 items under the hood that have a pulley that I haven't changed yet other then the balancer

Feel new belt will do the trick
