2006 Citroen C3 Spots on my windscreen

Hi, I am having an issue with my windscreen. Loads of spots have appeared on my windscreen and it seems to be getting worse. I have attached a picture of my windscreen. I am so annoyed by it and I just want to have the spots gone.

Please help.

If there is nothing externally on the screen, the problem will be a faulty laminate of the screen, your screen is actually 2 layers of glass laminated together and the marks are between the layers of glass, you will have to get a new screen.

Ok, I haven't tried to properly clean it so how would you try to clean it? Also, the marks have gradually appeared so it wouldn't be between the glass then right?

If cleaning the screen does not solve the issue, the blemishes must ne in the laminate.
