Does the Blower for AC/defrost/heater run on a fuse?

Blower doesn't come on at all If so where is this fuse located Thank You

yes but if the 30 amp fuse is blown you still have to find out why. the motor may be drawing too much current or the resistor may be open.
it is a 30 amp in the underhood fuse panel.
