While driving in traffic all warning lights came on and tire pressure indicate low pressure, found cooling fan would not come on, vehicle would stall, once started the vehicle shifts rough. At times when the vehicle is shut off you get no response from the start position if I wait for a short while the vehicle will start again,
A bit of history the 300 C has had the engine replaced.
What might cause this problem?

Sounds like low system voltage either due to an intermittent alternator or a loose connection. In particular, check the smaller battery wires where the positive one bolts to the under-hood fuse box and the negative one bolts to the body. Be sure those are tight.

Measure the battery voltage while the engine is running and the problem is occurring. It must be between 13.75 and 14.75 volts.
