2006 Chevrolet Uplander Mystery connector

Hello, I noticed an unplugged peg 44 2-pin green/black striped and yellow connector on near the a/c condenser. I cannot seem to fine anywhere it would plug into and I can't find any information online about it. The wire comes out of the harness near the middle of the radiator on the passenger side about level with the high beams. Does this need to be plugged and if so where?
