compressor engaged cooling fans not turning on

Ac not cold enough, compressor engaged cooling fans not turning on,fuses ok,no power to fans,swapped relays still no fan power. What' to check next?

check to see if the fuses are good, they are in the under hood fuse box it will be marked where they are. There are also 3 relays for the cooling fans in this vehicle.
