More than likely this is a fuel line that has rusted through or a rubber line that is punctured.

It could also be a fuel filter issue, so we need to inspect this as well. Here is a guide that will help with this.

Basically, what we want to do is lay under the vehicle but not directly under where the fuel is dripping. Then turn the key on and watch for where the fuel is coming from.
