where is the Circuit Breaker located on a 2006 Trailblazer LT

My Power Seats don't work ( Buttons 1 & 2 ), & the Heated Seats don't work. Can You PLEASE give Me an idea on what the problem is ?

Check CB no.8 30amp in the fuse block rear
