Automatic transmission. its too weak in ascension and the motor starts to vibrate when it gets the 4th transmission, it spends more fuel after that?

the car lose it,s power specialy in the asending road and lose acceleration, some times the engine starts to viprate and lose acceleration on the 4th transmition. computer test has no problem, we clean the minifold and the fuel injection, we changed the fuel filter spark plugs without any result. the car spends more fuel than it was

Have the MAF checked. Try cleaning it and retest.
