The other day I turned the fan/air conditioner knob and the fan did not blow. I can hear the a/c engage, when I press the button, but the fan will not blow with or with out the a/c button pressed. I want to change the fuses to see if that is the problem, but I am not which fuses to change?

check for power as the blower motor under the hood. He used a test light or meter to do this. Here is a guide and the fuse location in the diagrams below.

and

Please let us know what happens.

Check the cooling system, you may be low on coolant. If you are fill the system and have the system pressure checked for leaks.Does the system blow air out the defroster and is it hot? If it blows out the defroster only you have a vacuum leak.

the blower motor doesn't work in my car.
the only time it does work is when i pull and check all the fuses. it seams as if something is being reset. the blower will only work once after restarting the car. once you turn engine off and restart the engine, the nblower quits working.
is there a wiring diagram that i can use to trace the problem down and replace the bad part?

Could be the HVAC control module and the blower motor control processor.

See the guide below on testing the wring

There are a few things that can cause this issue. Somethings to check for would be. The wiring from the blower motor resisitor to the blower motor. Look for a melted connector at the resistor. If wiring and connectors look good it may be a possiability that the blower motor is starting to fail.

Check and test the blower motor resistor/fan control module, blower motor relay and the blower switch
