I own an '07 Impala and have the same warning bell issue (washer fluid works fine). The warning bell sound is very very faint as is the turn signal sound. Additionally, the large door speaker doesn't work. All were intermittent until recently. All seem to be related somehow. The tweeter in the a-pillar is still operational so I think I am hearing the faint bell sound through it. Was the warning bell sound designed to come through front driver's side speakers or is there a separate speaker somewhere? A few months ago I had the passenger side HVAC actuator replaced. Not really related unless a wire was yanked while working under the dash. Thanks for any help anyone offers.
