the car will not turn over.all lights and horn work strongly.tried jump start with no improvement.This may be a clue for you..The dash lights come on and fuel gage works but the warning lights in dash that normally would show for a few seconds on starting are not coming on.

Is the starter working to turn the engine? If so, have you checked to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine?

no the starter is not working.it is obviously an electrical problem in the ignition system.i was hoping the hint about the warning lights on the dash not coming on may give you some ideas.
