I feel jerk when my car moves from 30km/h to 40km/h

I've Caprice-2006 V6, Alloytec. I feel jerk when my car moves from 30km/h to 40km/h and i hear the sound too, but rest of the ride is fine at the high speed. Could it be the transmission problem? or 1st or 2nd gear tooth broken?

have a trans guy look at it . it may be a hard application of torque converter clutch orone of hte clutch paks itself.
