if a vehicle has been sitting with more than a half tank of gas....for a lengthy period of time(over 4 years)...can
the fuel still be restabilized?

no, drain it all out, reccomend changing the fuel pupm as well, change the filter and flush all lines of fuel.

hope the injectors will still work.
