My brakes are staying on at all time

My brakes are staying on at all time when the car is turned on I have replaced the stop sensor down by the brake peddle and also have it programmed and I have changed the bad relay also and they are still on j just bought the car I can't even get it inspected because of this Chevy put it on the diagnostic machine and all they said was it was somewhere along Fri. Now they say I need a booster you can please help thanks a lot

Hi,

Replacing the booster isn't too hard. You will have to remove the brake master cylinder to access it. The worst part of the job is unbolting the brake booster from the firewall. It is attached from the inside of the vehicle up under the dash.

If you look at the attachments below, I included the directions and the pics specific to your vehicle for replacement.
