I have a 2006 Buick Rainier with a rear air suspension system. It used to stays up if the engine is on. It slowly goes down ( not all the way) if parked for several hours. Goes down "all the way" overnight. When started in the morning, the pump runs continuously for 30 to 60 seconds and levels the vehicle out. However, it is not going up anymore. My brother check to see if he could find a hole in the air bag and unconnected and then reconnected the pump. The truck pump back up for a day. Now it is completely down. Do I need to replace the pump? If so is it expensive. Please help

You do not need to replace if pump is working but looses air overnight, all you need to do is start car and bags will inflate and level off car then spray the bottom portion of air ride bags with flex seal (liquid rubber) this will seal with one application. Very easy I have had no problems for a year. The bottom of the air ride bags tend to crack and leak over time. You can purchase at Walmart for 12 bucks cheap fix.

Hello, I'm Danny
I have to agree with FIXITMR 9-10 times it's leaking/deteriorated bag or leaking air line to the bag.People usually want to fix their cars right so don't do the Flex Seal.Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
