When i shift down into 2nd and release the clutch it makes a ziptie rubbing noise. Its only when im going decently fast not when im slowly rolling.

We are not able to hear your noise from cyberspace, overworked throw out bearings make all kinds of wonderful noises, who knows maybe a worn or dirty snout on the tranny. Guesswork is all we got.
