2006 BMW 325 Steering wheel

I have a sign on my dashboard to chose an option on my steering wheel and not sure which one to chose. It's a sign with a steering wheel and a padlock sign on top

My dash board says: Steerinf wheel lock
My options are
1) Electric steering wheel lock engaged
2) Steerinf wheel cannot be unlock
3)Turn the steering wheel to start engine

Please advice me on which option to choose to clear the sign. Thank you very bery much!!.
