Will not start, no dash lights

When I press the start button nothing happens. No dash lights the light on the start button does not come on but headlights work. The steering is locked and it will not come out out gear with foot on brakes. You can unlock the doors with the fob but if you use the key it will not unlock. All fuses good. What could be the problem?

Hello,

It sounds like the IG2 relay is not working or you have a fuse out. Lets start by running down these guides which show you the fuse and relay test and location of the relay and fuses are in the diagrams below:
