want to know if the 2005 Ford Explorer 4.0 engine will exchange to the vehicle listed above and do i (or can i) have to change something?

2005 and 2007 are both third generation cars it should work. Take pictures of both engine and compare the two before you try to install it. Check all sensors and wiring connectors.
