Hello. I have a volvo S40 2.0D 2005 model. The car will not start. Fuel is not able to pump to the injectors. When you kick start with the assistance of a starting fluid but will not rev above 1200rpm and there is bubbles in the fuel. Also One injector does not function, the first one from your left. we have interchanged the injectors and realized it is that particular injector spot that is not working but not the injector. Pls any help.
