car is in limp mode

i have a vauxhall astra 1.3 cdti 2005 which is in limp mode. the turbo and EGR valve have been cleaned and tested, the vacume pump was renewed also the boost preasure sesor, a new ECU was sugested so renewed that but it is still the same, any answers.

is it the motor or trans in limp mode

was there any codes?? if so, what were they??

if not, i would look at things like the cat converter, fuel pressure to start.

there is no codes and the EGR valve wants to stay open

if thats an issue, the code would set. check the basics first
