In 4th gear at low speed the car shakes when is switching levels,

Shakes 2 or 3 times before speeds up

5 spd or Auto? low speed in 4th gear? what kind of low speed? are you in too high of a gear? try 3rd or second to get your speed up before going into 4th if it is in fact a manual transmission. Let me know, hard to see your issue with this kind of question.

Ok, is automatic and it happens when Im in D gear, between 30 or 40mph

have you scanned for any transmission codes, oil level checked? does it look dark or smell burnt?

ATF flush has being done when I took it to the shop to check the shaking problem. Also changed oil same day. Problem is a little better but still.
