I lost power to all my electrical devices

I replaced he water pump of my Toyota Matrix 2005, when finished I started the motor, but all electronics devices don't work, and headlights & brakes. I checked all colors fusible (are good) all plugs are connected, inside the panel shows a battery and engine.
