heater/blower access

1. Remove glove compartment door
2. Remove Engine ECU
3. Remove air duct (motor cover)
4. Remove blower motor (disconnect electrical connector, remove 3 screws).

thankyou promechanic i cant seem to see how the duct comes off i only see 1 screw and removing it didnt seen to loosen the duct/cover at all what am i missing?

Here is a pic from the factory service manual. This is how it says to remove it:
Disconnect:
-Control Link
-Connectors
-Connector Clamps
-Wire Harness Clamps
Remove the screw
Release the claw and remove the air duct
