My rotors are severely rusted to the hub to the point where it is not jiggling a little of anything like that but moves as one unit with the hub. It does not have the two fixing screws. I beat the crap out of it with a hammer and sledge hammer between the lug screws on the front and also on the back but the rotor is not budging even a little. What would professional mechanics do for this problem? Please give all solutions.

Have you tried using a penetrant to soak into the rust?I like to use a product called deep creep made by sea foam. Then put lug nut on loosely and use a 10lb dead blow hammer from the back side of the rotor.
