Check to see if any door switch is bad or door is out of adjustment. Open door and manually press the door switch to test if light goes off. Try each door individually.

Mostly the interior lights remain on if one of the doors is not completely locked. So you need to check with your door locks and see if there is one that has a problem. Then check the wiring.
