My blower fan doesn't blow air until the last notch, which is number 4. When I turn it to 4 though it makes a very loud loud noise as if it is jammed but it still blows some air, hot and cold.... Any idea as to what I need to check, or what it may be?

It could be a bad blower motor resistor card but we would have to do some testing. Do you have a multi meter?

Put the meter on 20 volt dc scale ground the black wire then Use the red wire for testing.Unplug the resistor card it should be close the blower motor slid into the ac duct with the connector side sticking out. Then turn the key to the run position. The yellow wire to the resistor connector should have battery voltage with the switch in the number one position. Then the number 2 position the brown wire should have power. Then the number 3 position light blue should have power.if all that checks out bad resistor card.

All the ones I have seen you just take the screws out remove the cards and pop the new one in.
