I started my car last night and went back in my house and it wasn't long b4 i noticed that my front yard was full of smoke...it was coming from the exhaust....I ran out and shut off my car and after it cooled off i checked the water and there wasn't any. Did i blow up my motor? The car was still running when inoticed and got out there

Refill the radiator and start it to see if everything is okay. Chances are it will be. Also, make sure the smoke wasn't steam coming from coolant leaking on to a hot portion of the engine or exhaust. Chances are you have a leak and that caused the steam / smoke and for the system to go low.
