An engine can shake or run rough due to a number of reasons.
Many times if you have one or more spark plugs misfiring it will shake. It can also shake due to a vacuum leak or an unplugged sensor.

Check the spark plugs. Make sure they are producing spark. Inspect for wear and set the gap. The plugs should be gapped at 0.039 inch.

Typically, when you have a misfire it triggers the check engine light. Is the check engine light illuminated? If so, getting is scanned can help with the diagnostics.

If there is a cracked vacuum hose the engine will run rough as well. Do a visual inspection of all the vacuum hoses. Look for any cracking or damaged hoses.

If this issue started after the oil change, it is possible something just goes unplugged. Like the mass airflow sensor harness is loose or unplugged. This can make the engine run rough.
