How difficult is a tune up? Approximate cost and time if taken to a dealer?
Also, someone pulled my horn wire in front & now having problems. If I engage the alarm, later car will not start unless I pull wire and re-engage it. Idling at less than 1rpm

Not a lot to do here, plugs are tricky due to access, and the air and fuel filter are OK, at a dealer with genuine parts you may be looking at over $250.00 if iridium plugs are used, best to ring and get a quote first.
