My car makes a creaking noise when I'm driving. What is that?

Where is the creaking coming from front or back.

Alright is it creaking just going down the road or hitting bumps or how turning?Or sitting still and turning?

The two most common places i have seen a noise like come from when its the front is the coil spring insulator at the top of the coil spring.Also the sway bar check links very common for them to be loose or freeze up so the ball socket no longer swivels causing noise.Your best bet is bounce the side the noise comes from see if you can duplicate it while its not moving.If you can unhook the sway bar check and see if the noise is gone.Let me know what you find.
