Turnsignals do not work front or rear, also break lights, only light that works is the rear top break light. Guessing it my be a relay switch. Can you help me out?

Id check for bcm trouble codes. The bcm has control for both the brakes and turn signals. Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free. If you have an obd2 code reader that will read those type codes, that will work.

Other than that, Id have to start tracing wiring circuits.
