Yep it sounds like you lost the BCM fuse or the BCM when bad. Here is a door lock wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and a guide to help you test the fuse

put the car on a computer and got 2 codes..U2100 and P00149 so I check the fuse like you said and you where right the fuse was bad and now the car works fine why did the fuse blow?

They can get weak over time or there is a short in the system if there is a short you will see the fuse pop again let me know if that happens.
