My low beam headlights keep going out even with new bulbs, could this be an electrical problem with the car?

Headlights out even with new bulbs. Also brake lights go out as well.

check front bulb wiring harness & connector if burnt,and for the check bulb condition & lamp wiring harness connector also if burnt,these car burn the connector up often because lights are always on so connectors get hot ,good luck post back after checking .
