2005 Renault Clio Engine noise

I have been having a loud noise coming from what seems to be the front of the car when the engine is turned on the car sounds like a tractor, when i accelerate to the noise gets much louder to a point where you can bearly here anything else apart from the loud noise. Can anyone help?

COULD BE MANY POSSIBILITIES

BLOWN HEAD GASKET

EXHAUST LEAK/ BROKEN PIPE OR MANIFOLD

MAYBE A PARTIALLY SHREDDED BELT SLAPPING AROUND

I'VE SEEN A FEW WHERE THE SPARK PLUG WAS SO LOOSE IT WAS ABOUT TO FALL OUT OR DID!

IT MAY NOT BE A REALLY SERIOUS THING, BUT THEN AGAIN, CONTINUING TO DRIVE IT WITHOUT KNOWING FOR SURE, MIGHT DAMAGE SOMETHING EVEN FURTHER

I'D HAVE IT CHECKED OUT LOCALLY REALLY SOON!
