loss of power starting out in the morning

I have a 2005 Vibe, automatic. Lately it seems to loose power when I start out in the morning (it kind of bogs down and I really have to press on the gas pedal to get it going again) but then it goes away as I drive more...could that be a clogged fuel filter. It runs great otherwise and never had any mechanical issues with it since I bought it new in 2005
