Error Code

Using the pedal test, I found the following error codes:

1) P0303
2) P1700

I would like to know what exactly the problems are and how to solve these problems.

the 0303 means you have a misfire in your engine, #3 to be specific. check for a bad wire, plug,etc. also check the fuel pressure. 1700 is a tcm set code and it may go away if the other is taken care of or you have a trans problem. engine codes must be fixed prior to any trans codes looked at though. fix the 03 code clear codes and drive it it may or maynot set a code for the trans.
