When I turn the heat or a/c it will only blow on high

I have a 2005 Nissan Titan SE. When I turn the heat or a/c on I hear the click on and off, but it will only blow on high. Some times it takes a second or 2 to kick on. Once I turn the truck off I hear this clicking/knocking noise from under the dash that last for 30 seconds. Any ideas what is going on?

The blower motor resitor is probably bad and needs replacement.
First, have the trouble codes pulled to see if this is the case. Any Advance Auto or Auto Zone will do this for free.
