My lower (not the third/top) brake lights work under all conditions (hazard flashing, turn signals, alarm flash) EXCEPT when I press the pedal! The bulbs are good (they light up under different conditions and are brand new), the fuses are good, the brake switch is good (the third light does come on), and I just tried replacing the turn signal switch (didn't help). I can't figure this one out, PLEASE HELP!
