Hey ALFREDM8702,
C1130- Engine Signal 1 - ECM judges communication between ABS/TCS control unit and ECM is abnormal.
This means you have a connector that has come undone between one of the computers or one of the computer is bad. this video will show you how to tell whats going on and how to fix it:

You may have corrosion in the connector, this is typical of a car that has water damage.

I know this is an old post but I had this code and took it to the dealer they replaced the rear rear wheel speed sensor. I thought I would tell someone in hopes it might help them.
