Vehicle stopped and had to be towed. Oil was leaking and would not turn over. Now told the motor is bad. Any options here? Does not seem correct that with this mileage the motor has failed. Will Nissan be any help on this.

I would be thinking that the engine has seized, do you know why it lost all the oil? loose filter or a sump plug? Did you have any engine work or service work done prior to the failure?
